1 bag Ore Ida O'Brien potatoes
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/2 jar Hormel bacon bits, red

Combine ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Stir halfway through cooking.
