MOM'S SAUCE & MEATBALLS 
Meatballs:

4 beaten eggs
2 lbs. ground beef
4 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together, form into balls and bake on cookie sheet at 350°F for 5 minutes. Shake meatballs around and bake another 5 minutes. Immediately place meatballs and a little of the grease from the cookie sheet into the pot of sauce while simmering.

Sauce:

1/2 tbsp. salt
2 big shakes hot pepper flakes

In large pot, sauté garlic in oil until lightly browned; remove from pot. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, lower heat to low, cover and simmer at least 3 hours. While cooking, make the meatballs.
