FREEZER COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage (purple or white)
1 sweet pepper and 2 carrots

Grate vegetables and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salt over the mix. Let stand 1 hour - squeeze and drain.

2 c. white sugar (I use less)
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed

After liquid is cool, pour over vegetable mixture; keeps in freezer 1 year.
