COCONUT CENTERS 
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
6 lg. marshmallows
1 c. coconut (flaked)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt marshmallows in double boiler; add Karo. Mix well. Remove from heat; add coconut and vanilla. Let cool until can be handled. Make small balls and dip in chocolate. Instead of vanilla, add 1/2 teaspoon almond extract - tastes like Almond Joy.
