2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Dash of salt
10 marshmallows (or 1 c. mini size)
1/4 lb. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend sugar, milk, salt and marshmallows and bring to a boil. Stir often. (Mixture will brown some.) Boil 5 minutes. Add butter, chocolate and vanilla. Stir (not beat) until blended. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan.
