MOCK FILET MIGNON 
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. tomato puree
2 tbsp. minced onion
4-6 bacon strips

Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour. Add to milk and puree to make a smooth paste. Add bread crumbs and puree to make a smooth paste. Add bread crumbs and onion to meat and mix thoroughly, adding the paste.

Form into patties about 3 inch in diameter and 1 inch thick. Wrap with bacon strips and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
