CHOCOLATE BROWNIE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. salad oil
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour in large bowl and set aside. Melt the butter and add 1/2 cup salad oil, cocoa, 1 cup water together and bring to a boil. Pour this over sugar and flour. Beat. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Bake in a large pan or cookie sheet (greased and floured). Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
3 1/2 tsp. cocoa

Bring to a boil. Cool. Add 1 pound powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla.
