THIN LAYER CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
CAKE
 
1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
Dash salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
2 eggs

Heat together in saucepan oil, butter, cocoa and water. Beat together eggs, salt, soda, vanilla, sugar, buttermilk and flour. Mix flour and sugar, then add heated ingredients. Bake in a greased 16"x10"x1" pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. While cake is baking mix icing.
