KEY LIME PIE 
1 (8 oz.) bottle real lime juice
1 (9 inch) pastry shell (bake for 6-8 minutes, poke sides first)
6 egg yolks
2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1-2 drops green food coloring (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl beat yolks with milk. Add lime juice and food coloring if desired. Turn into prepared pastry shell. Bake 12 minutes. Cool, then chill. Finish with whipped cream and lime wheels.
