CARNIVAL SALAD 
1 pkg. celery or other vegetable flavored gelatin
2 c. tomato juice
3 green peppers
3 eggs, hard cooked

Dissolve gelatin in tomato juice. Remove stem ends and seeds of peppers; place whole egg in each pepper. Fill peppers with tomato gelatin. Chill until set. Slice peppers crosswise to serve. Yields 10 servings.
