ITALIAN MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. shell or spiral macaroni
1/4 lb. pepperoni, chunked
1/4 lb. salami, chunked
1/4 lb. Provolone, chunked
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can black olives, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 or 2 green peppers, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet basil
Oregano
Garlic powder or salt

Mix and let stand several hours or overnight. Stand a couple of hours at room temperature before serving.
