6 oz. orange juice, concentrated & thawed
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine 1/2 of orange juice with remaining ingredients. Blend at lowest speed for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Drizzle remaining orange juice over cake.

RICH ICING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil first 3 ingredients and boil 2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over hot cake.
