JEAN'S CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

GRAHAM CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers crushed
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. ground nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix graham crust ingredients, press by hand into 9 inch square cake pan including sides.

Beat cream cheese (I use Philadelphia) until light. Add sugar gradually. Beat until consistency of mayonnaise. Add well beaten eggs, vanilla and almond extracts. Fold in sour cream lightly. Sprinkle little nutmeg on top. Bake in 315 degree oven 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center is done to touch. UM, UM, GOOD!
