CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Pat into a springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften cheese and beat in eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over warm cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake for 10 minutes at 475 degrees.
