JEWISH CHARLOTTE POTATOES 
1 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 onion (grated)
3 med. lg. potatoes
3 eggs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Grate potatoes coarsely. Add rest of ingredients. Place in pie plate or 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes. (I prefer a flat dish to a casserole.) Serves 3-4.
