APPLE STRUDEL 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
Powdered sugar
9 apples
3 tbsp. sugar for each roll
1 tbsp. flour for each roll
Cinnamon for each roll

Cut 1/2 pound butter into 2 cups sifted flour. Beat 1/4 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons vinegar. Pour into flour mixture. Shape dough into 3 balls. Use more flour if they are sticky. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Dice apples. Flour cloth and rolling pin and roll out each ball of dough very thin. Fill each front section of the dough with 1/3 of the apples. Make a mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon flour and cinnamon to taste for each roll. Sprinkle over apples and roll up the dough. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
