ITALIAN SALAD 
2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing
1 (16 oz.) pkg. rotini (springs)
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. garlic summer sausage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4-5 chopped green onion and tops
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 cucumber, chopped with seeds discarded
4 tomatoes, chopped

Mix salad dressing according to package directions. Set aside. Cook, drain and rinse macaroni. Mix together - cooked macaroni, cheese, sausage, green pepper, onion, parsley, Parmesan cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. Pour prepared dressing over salad and toss. Keep covered and refrigerated.
