HOT AND SPICY OYSTERS 
1 lb. fresh oysters, cleaned & shucked
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. butter
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients with the exception of the oysters in a pot. Boil over medium flame. Add oysters and simmer on low flame until the edges of the oysters begin to curl, 4 to 5 minutes. Pour sauce over oyster and serve.
