APPLE CAKE AND FROSTING 
4 c. diced apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2-4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Take 4 cups apples and break 2 eggs over the apples. Add sugar, cinnamon and oil. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING: Warm butter and cream cheese to room temperature. Mix well and add sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix all ingredients well. Frost cake.
