Cut up a round steak into 1 inch cubes. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Mix flour and water together and add to browned meat. Simmer for a few minutes. Add chopped onion and an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce. Before serving, add one cut up tomato and let simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, powdered garlic, and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
