SCALLOPED ONIONS 
5 lb. bag onions
1 lg. bag cheddar cheese
1 sm. bag cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. bag Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 sm. can Durkee fried onions
Flavored bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice onions into thin slices and separate rings. Layer all onions and cheese alternately into 9x9 casserole. Mix soup and milk; pour over top. Sprinkle bread crumbs to taste on top. Place fried onions on top. Bake 1 hour or until onions are soft.
