ARTICHOKE DIP (GERMAN STYLE) 
1 lg. can artichokes, chopped
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Butter bread crumbs or Ritz crackers on top

Mix artichokes, cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve on sesame seed crackers or deli-sized rye bread.
