LAYERED SALAD 
1 head of lettuce, torn in pieces
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 c. celery
1/2 c. bacon bitsc. frozen peas
Mayonnaise to seal
1 c. bell pepper
Any amount of meat can be added (chicken, ham or salami)

Layer lettuce, celery, peas and bell pepper. Seal with mayonnaise and cover with cheese and bacon bits. Refrigerate 24 hours.
