CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 oz. toasted sliced almonds
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
2 stalks celery, sliced

DRESSING:

2 to 4 tbsp. sugar
1 to 3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Few drops soy sauce
Few drops sesame oil

Mix dressing just before pouring over salad. Toast seeds and nuts 20 minutes at 275 degrees. (Vinegar can be found at Petty's.)
