MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. self-rising meal
1 c. corn (Del Monte is best)
1 c. oil
3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 or more if desired jalapeno peppers

Mix together and bake 1 hour. You may use skillets or cake pan.
