CROCK POT DRESSING 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
3 stalks celery
1 stick butter
2 tsp. ground sage
1 (16 oz.) box Catherine Clark's Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 - 1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter. Fry ground beef, drain fat then add onion and celery to fried meat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well using hands (consistency of dressing should be like preparing a meatloaf after mixing well with hands). Place in a crock pot on low for several hours (2-3) or until meal is ready. If dressing requires additional water after cooking, add accordingly.
