HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
2 cans evaporated milk, chilled
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sweetened strawberries or other fruit

Chill milk; whip in one bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla - beat again. Add all ingredients to ice cream freezer and freeze.

NOTE: I've found that I have to whip one can of milk at a time as my mixer bowl will not hold both at once after whipped.
