1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/3 c. hot water
1 qt. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

GARNISH:

Whip cream
M & M's candies

Blend cocoa, sugar, salt and hot water. Boil over medium heat about 2 minutes. Add milk. Heat and stir. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, beat in vanilla. Pour into mugs. Spray with whipped cream and top with M & M's candies.
