SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sourdough starter

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl. Add starter, and mix well. Butter 12 inch iron skillet. Pinch off pieces of dough about the size of an egg. Place in warm place 15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
