Juice & rind of 2 lemons
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. milk
Cracked ice
White soda or ginger ale
Maraschino cherry (optional)

Mix lemon juice and rind, lemon flavoring, sugar and milk. Beat until foamy. Put 3 tablespoons of cracked ice in a glass. Add beaten mixture until glass is one third full. Fill glass with white soda or ginger ale. Top with a Maraschino cherry.
