2 bags Success rice, cooked 1/2 lb. link sausage, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1-2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 c. chicken livers, cooked and chopped (optional) While rice is cooking, place sausage and vegetables in large saucepan. Saute until tender. Fold in cooked rice. Add seasonings. Fold in chicken livers. Use Success rice in bags. |
