HOLIDAY STUFFING 
8 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
4 c. onions, coarsely chopped
4 c. celery, coarsely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Sage
Salt and pepper
Turkey scraps

Cook sausage and drain grease into a measuring cup, adding enough melted butter to make 1 cup. Saute onions and celery in separate amount of butter.

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients, adding salt, pepper and sage to taste. Use to stuff turkey or chicken.
