MINIATURE TACO TARTS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. finely crushed corn chips
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning
1 can (4 oz.) chopped chilis
2 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Combine meat, seasoning, chips, egg and half of green chilis. Mix well. Press mixture into bottom and up the sides of miniature muffin cups to form a shallow shell.

Combine sour cream, cheese and remainder of drained chilis. Spoon into each shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen.

Garnish cooled tarts with picante sauce and sliced black olives.
