SARDINE PLATTER 
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 - 3 3/4 oz. cans sardines in oil

Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Drain sardines and leave in can. Pour vinegar mixture over sardines in cans and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange greens on plate and top with sardines. Serve with crackers.
