CHICKEN PICCATA | |
1 egg 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. flour 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. paprika 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned 1/4 c. butter 2 chicken bouillon cubes 2 tbsp. lemon juice Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice in small bowl. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl and mix well. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture. Brown in butter in skillet. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add to chicken with 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Simmer covered 20 minutes. |
