CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 whole chicken, boiled and cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can green chiles
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 onion
1 pkg. Dorito nacho or tortilla chips

Melt butter, saute onions and chiles until onions are tender. Add soup and milk, cook until bubbly, stir. Grease pan thinly. Layer in order: chips, chicken, sauce, chips, chicken, sauce. Cover with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.
