ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1/2 orange
Grated orange rind
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg yolks well. Add sugar, continuing to beat. Add orange juice and rind and water. Sift flour and baking powder and fold into mixture. Then fold in beaten egg whites gently. Mixture should be fluffy. Pour mixture into buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
