CHEESE BALLS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. Wispride cheese with Port Wine
3 tsp. chopped parsley
Black pepper and garlic powder to taste

Cream together cream cheese and Wispride. Add pepper and garlic powder and parsley; shape into balls and roll in chopped nuts. Can be served with any kind of cracker. Can also be frozen and used later. Good with drinks before dinner.
