APRICOT JAM BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 c. butter
1 c. apricot jam

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until creamy. Pat 2/3 of mixture in a 9"x13" pan. Spread jam over crumb layer. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.
