CARAMEL FROSTING | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/8 tsp. salt 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and salt, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add milk. Cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar. Stir on low speed to moisten ingredients. Then blend on high speed for 2 minutes. |
