CARAMEL DIP FOR APPLES 
In large glass mixing bowl, microwave 14 ounces bag of caramels and 4 cups miniature marshmallows, stirring occasionally. Add 2/3 cup heavy cream and blend/stir together to make smooth sauce. Drizzle over sliced, unpared tart apples or use as a dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
