POTATOES AU GRATIN 
16 c. cubed boiled potatoes

WHITE SAUCE:

4 c. grated cheese
4 c. milk
4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. butter

Cook all but cheese until the sauce thickens. Add cheese (Velveeta works well). Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle top with corn flakes or potato chips.
