MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Cream sugar and eggs; add remaining ingredients. Bake in tube pan.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together.
