CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. Corn Flakes, crushed

To thaw vegetables, place each package on a paper plate and microwave 4 to 5 minutes on high power. Squeeze out excess liquid. Combine onion and butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave on high power 1 minute or until onion is tender. Whisk in flour, then milk. Microwave on high power 2 to 4 minutes or until thick. Stir in cheese spread. Stir in broccoli, then eggs. Microwave, covered, on medium-high (70 percent) power for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Give dish a turn after 5 minutes. Top with Corn Flakes. Microwave another 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
