MEXICAN LAYERED PLATTER 
1 can Frito Lay bean dip
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1 mashed avocado
Lemon juice
1 can ripe pitted black olives
1 ripe tomato, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Spread bean dip onto platter. Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle taco seasoning over sour cream. Layer on mashed avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice to taste. Slice black olives and add to layer. Add chopped tomato, then green onions and cheeses. Serve with tortilla chips.
