LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. milk juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel (if desired)
Unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs; add butter, milk and lemon juice. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until firm.
