PANCAKES AND SYRUP 
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Milk
Maple syrup

Mix well all the ingredients, adding milk to pancake consistency. (Approximately 2 cups). Pour on hot griddle.

SYRUP: Add twice as much sugar to your water quantity. (Two cups sugar to 1 cup water.) Dissolve and boil 20 to 30 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring.
