ANYTHING GOES QUICHE 
CRUST:

1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
3 tbsp. firm butter
3 tbsp. vegetable shortening
5 tbsp. ice cold milk

FILLING:

8 slices (or more) cooked and crumbled bacon or 1/2 c. (or more) diced fully - cooked ham or 1/2 c. (or more) cooked shrimp
3 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
Dash ground nutmeg
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack, mozzarella, cheddar or brick cheese

Combine in bowl and mix quickly until a firm, yet crumbly ball is formed. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie or quiche pan. Line pan. Fill and bake.

Recipe may be doubled. For small quiche, bake 5 minutes at 425°F; 20 minutes at 375°F. For larger, 375°F for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
