CABBAGE SALAD FOR FREEZER 
1 head cabbage, shredded
3 ribs celery
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. salt

SYRUP:

1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let stand 1 hour, squeeze out fluid. Mix syrup and boil 1 minute. Cool. Pour over cabbage mixture. Freeze.
