CAULIFLOWER/LETTUCE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, shredded 1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Croutons (topping) In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, bacon and onion. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, cheese and spread over salad. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Toss when ready to serve and sprinkle with croutons. |
